ApplicATION PROCESS - PLEASE COMPLETE AN APPLICATION FORM ONCE YOU HAVE HAD TIME TO CONSIDER EACH LITTER AND ENSURE IT SUITS YOU TIMEFRAME WISE, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A PUPPY IF YOU HAVE ANY UPCOMING HOLIDAYS, BIRTHS OR OTHER MAJOR LIFE CHANGES IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THIS IS TO ENSURE THEY HAVE A STABLE AND BALANCED HOME TO SETTLE INTO. ONCE WE HAVE RECIEVED YOUR FORM WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA WHATSAPP TO ARRANGE A SUITABLE TIME FOR A CALL, TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE AND TO TALK YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GETTING AN AGLABS PUPPY AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT. WE ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO DISCUSS YOUR HOME TO WORK OUT WHAT WOULD SUIT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BEST, WE ARE VERY EXPERIENCED WITH FIRST TIME PUPPY OWNERS AND PROVIDE A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE AND ONGOING SUPPORT FOR THE REST OF OUR PUPS LIVES. 

PLEASE NOTE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE HOLD SPACES ON OUR WAITING LISTS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT OR HOLDING FEE. Deposits are usually £100 initially and are accepted via bacs after we have raised an invoice. holding fees are not refundable but are transferable to later litters should your circumstances change. we do not accept families onto our waiting lists without speaking to you first. 

during our initial call we will discuss how we operate our waiting lists, viewings and preparing for bringing your puppy home. if we own both parents they will be available to meet on viewing day, which is always arranged for 5-6 weeks of age once pups have been temperament tested and matched to the most suitable home. whilst we do take individual preferences into consideration we do not allow selection based on purely aesthetics - if you want to pick the darkest puppy from a photo at 3 weeks of age we are not the breeders for you! the right home for each puppy is our top priority.
